Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a like-for-like replacement at no additional cost.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide photographs of the damage and retain all original packaging until your replacement has been confirmed.
Bedding and Mattress Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, bedding and mattresses cannot be returned once opened unless they are found to be faulty.

Any bedding returned must be in brand new, unopened, and re-saleable condition.
Change of Mind or Other Reasons

We are unable to accept returns or cancellations for any reason other than damage or manufacturing faults.
